The blushing bride at this royal wedding was Marie-Chantal Miller, one of the famous "Miller Sisters." She and Pavlos were introduced by Alexander Papamarkou, a longtime associate of the Greek royals. They dated for a few years before their engagement around Christmas of 1994, and during this ceremony, Pavlos became the first of King Constantine's children to marry.
Overall, M-C was clearly channelling Grace Kelly, with the high-necked lace Valentino dress, but somehow it doesn't work as well as Grace's did. For one, the antique lace of the veil, IMO, clashes a little with the lace used in the dress.
The tiara, though, is just perfect -- it's the Greek Antique Corsage Tiara, given by Queen Ingrid to Anne-Marie on her 18th birthday. I love diamonds on a bride!

It certainly does clash. She's a very pretty little lady, but this dress, like Letizia's, seems to overwhelm her. The tiara is gorgeous though.
I find this dress a bit inexplicable - it looks like a seventies chain store number - the lace on the bodice looks incredibly cheap, and cuts across her bust line at exactly the least flattering point. She's swamped by the veil, and the lace on it is a different shade of white from the lace on the dress.
The tiara is gorgeous, and her hair and make up look lovely.
It's pretty enough, and I read somewhere that it was one of the most expensive dresses ever, but it does overwhelm MC. To my taste, less is still the best and Princess Victoria's wedding dress was far and away the best.
Hmm, I can definetly see the Grace Kelly influence, but this just overwhelms her. She was a dainty little thing who needed a danity little frock, not acres of antique lace. It also looks terribly hot for something you'd wear in July.
The tiara is lovely, however.
Hated it at the time. Hate it still now. She looks like she has been eaten by lace. This dress is OTT, vulgar and ill conceived. It swamps her. Really, this is the most expensive bad taste money can buy.
I agree the dress is too much. Plus you can't SEE the tiara with the veil and whatever she did with her hair.
The veil is incredibly lovely, such a shame she didn't pair it with something simple to show it off.
She's a beautiful bride, but that dress looks a bit like someone went a little crazy with some lace curtains and a fancy lampshade. Poor thing.
I love the dress. It's a beautiful design, the tailoring is magnificent, and it fits her like a glove. She looks very old-fashioned, faintly Russian in this picture.
agree with ursula don't know what the rest of you are on about haha loving the grace kelly influence
