The Crown Prince of Norway's Wedding: HRH The Princess of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg

Princess Benedikte busted out one of the most interesting of all the Danish tiaras for Haakon and Mette-Marit's wedding: Queen Ingrid's Star and Pearl Tiara.  I'm still not sure whether I like this one or not ... it's nice that it's not just another run-of-the-mill fringe or floral tiara (can priceless, gem-filled headpieces be run-of-the-mill?  Anyway), but it's sort of strange at the same time.  I think if there were more filler sections between the spikes, I might like it better.

Not mad on the pokey-up pearls - it's a bit Sputnik-ey, and I think she suits something a bit softer; but how fab is the dress??

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the dress!!! Wow!

Oh wow just how princessey is that dress?? Beautiful. The pearls that stick up remind me of antennaes on an alien, though.

Tiara's only so-so for me, but the frock is gorgeous.
