Birthday Gala at the Danish Royal Theatre: HRH Princess Alexia, Mrs. Morales

Let's all give a big welcome to yet another brand-new princess today: Princess Alexia, the daughter of King Constantine and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece (and, consequently, the niece of the birthday girl, Queen Margrethe).  And she's brought us a Tiara Alert!

This tiara is something of a mystery to me; I've had a devil of a time trying to find out any information about it at all!  I do know that it's on loan to Alexia from her mother, Anne-Marie, and that Alexia wore it to the wedding of her cousin, Prince Joachim, in 2008.  Beyond that, I'm a bit stumped.  I suppose, since we don't know any better at the moment, we'll just call it Queen Anne-Marie's Diamond Tiara.  Whatever the name, I really like it!

Any intrepid, resourceful hatters with more info on this one should inquire within! :)

    Another tiara?!?! We are being so spoiled!! This is quite pretty isn't it? Delicate but still with a bit of body to it. I like.

    That is a gorgeous mystery tiara. Thank god she wore her hair up. Not too keen on the earrings.

    This tiara was given to HRH Princess Alexia, Mrs. Morales, when she turned 18 by her parents.
