State Visit Gala: HRH The Crown Princess of Norway

Tiara Alert!  The baubles are on parade at the gala dinner for Russian President Medvedev, and Mette-Marit's chosen a familiar sparkler: the Diamond Daisy Tiara that she wore to her wedding and to Queen Margrethe's recent birthday celebrations in Denmark.

I think the tiara looks quite nice here, but I definitely preferred the way she wore her hair last time we saw the tiara.  Even though it's small, it looks nice with a fuller hair style.

    She looks undeniably lovely, but I tihnk with her hair anything other than flat and tied back this tiara is totally lost. So I am disagree with Ella on this one - I just think she needs to give this little sparkler a bit more visibility.

    I love this tiara But I think I'm with Ella in that I just loved her hair last time around - maybe she should have a 'big hair' tiara as well!

    The tiara is just lost in her hair, and it's such a shame. It needs a chance to shine, not to be lost in her golden tresses.
