Princess Michael apparently decided to wash her hair right before another event -- this time the Elephant Parade Auction at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. Or maybe she's planning on telling some fortunes right after the auction?
At least this time the headscarf looks like Hèrmes...? Oh, who am I kidding -- even that doesn't make it better.
Put on your party hats, kids -- it is indeed a two-hat day! 
And I believe this is another new hat! Hooray! I just adore this one -- the flowers are bright, happy, and perfectly sized for this chapeau, and the color looks so fresh and lovely on Lil. Adorable!
Let's keep it going -- we may have a whole new hat wardrobe here by the end of the visit!

Not in love with the chartreuse, though -- it's really a color best suited for reflective gear made for people who like to ride their bicycles at night, isn't it. And the embellishment's looking a bit too Koosh for me. But I do believe it's new! (Or more than two years old, anyway -- new to us!)
And even better -- HM wore this hat while leaving Halifax to head to Ottawa, so we may possibly have a two-hat day on our hands!

Pretty run-of-the-mill hattery from Cake today, but it does look like we've got at least three layers to work with! Stick in some birthday candles, and we'd be in business!
Hold on to your hats, hatters -- I think we may have a new topper from HM in our midst!
At first, I thought it was a repeat of this hat, worn to a state visit back in 2008, but it's clearly different. I like the hat quite a bit -- it's hard to go wrong with basic black-and-white, and the bow isn't too prominent or too sweet.
But, really, did we need the bows all over the dress, too?
Hooray! The big Canada visit has begun!
... but, ugh -- a repeated hat on the first day? (This one she wore at Epsom earlier this month! It is a good hat, at least, but really!) Perhaps this won't be another Caribbean tour new hattery extravaganza after all -- boo!
But ... at least we got an appearance from my favorite royal accessory -- the clear plastic umbrella! This time, with yellow accents:

Another day at the Monaco jumping festival, another helmet for Charlotte. I'm glad she's keeping her head appropriately protected and all, but I really hope our reward for all these helmets is a lovely hat at next summer's wedding!

Cams broke out of her normal beret-or-fur military mode for today's Armed Forces Day celebrations in Cardiff by repeating the hat she wore to TTC '09. But -- is it me, or have the embellishments on this hat somehow multiplied since last year? Reason #456 not to leave your hats alone for any length of time...
(Also, I know it's hot in Britain at the moment, but the jacket she wore with this to TTC was far superior to this garment. Structure, Duch, structure!)
