The Crown Princess of Sweden: HRH The Princess of Asturias
What's good here: the Mellerio Floral Tiara, and the choice of escort (hey, Felipe!).
What's not so good here: the tiara-hair braid across the forehead (what the heck? It's not 1997) and the bony cleavage. I'm not going to get into any of the eating disorder talk that people bring up so much, but seriously, Leti, have a sandwich! (Or some tapas, or whatever works for you.)

Princess Letizia and Prince Felipe
I'm not a big Letizia fan but I thought she looked beautiful walking the carpet. The still pictures don't do her justice. (Don;t like the dress though. Disappears on her.)
As far as the weight issue: she does have a bosom, which means, unless she has implants, she is not anorexic. She just has a scrawny build.
She is shockingly thin. Such a beautiful woman, but she looks right on the edge of in big trouble. Hope she get some help. And there are plenty of undergarments that can help fill out the bodice of a dress.
Even though I feel I shouldn't like this dress I really do, with all those flowers! The tiara is gorgeous too and I actually like the braids. I think she is a very petite person, look at her shoulders, back and hips: she looks tiny next to Felipe. I don't think she has any health problem, it's just her body. If she had implants she had them before meeting Felipe, because since her first public appearance as his fiancée she has had the same size, it's very obvious in the red dress she wore to Denmark's wedding.
I like the braids, and the tiara looks great, but I found her overall appearance distressing. She's not that petite - her husband is 6ft 4inches, so even though she's wearing heels she must be at least 5ft 7. I feel bad for even commenting on her appearance, as she to me she looks ill and in need of help.
Okay, the dress is very pretty on her and the Mellerio Floral was made for her.
Now, Leti herself. As someone pointed out, she does have breasts, but she is still frightfully thin. I'm sensing some sort of Diana-Bulimia-Deja vu. I mean, look at her wrist and her collar bone area. Scary.
Thats the first thing I thought when I saw this picture "Gosh she's THIN" (which is probably just jealousy, but whatever:) That may explain the lack of another Princess or even a Prince lately.
I do think she is lovely though.
The Good: This tiara needs to make a nice little home for itself in Leti's hair cause it needs to be there 24/7. I also really like this dress for some reason.
As for Leti, she has gotten much thinner and I do worry for her a lot. But what can we do. The braid's are way to harsh and make her forehead pop out and gives her a very very gaunt look.
It's hard not to think she has an eating disorder.

Hey, Philippe, if you love your wife so much, why don't you take her to a doctor?
I hate that braid sooooo much. And her hair is a really dull brown colour, I just don't like it. And she seriosuly needs to bulk up a bit, she looks ill, poor love.
Nice to see her in a new tiara though. Yet another one who came well out of the tiara swap party they all had in their hotel.
waaaay too thin. and a lot of the spanish forums talk about her wearing breast and butt padding. there's no way a woman that thin has breasts that big.
back on topic: i dislike the dress - the color is too close to her skin color and it disappears on her. it's also shapeless and hangs on her (waaay too thin) frame (sorry i couldn't stop myself).
she also needs bigger earrings.
the worst - her hair! those braids are an insult (or, at least inexplicable) to that beautiful tiara. i think pj25 is right that it also increases the gaunt appearance of her face.
She looks more and more unhappy to me.
