The Crown Princess of Sweden's Wedding: HM Queen Anne-Marie of Greece

I think Anne-Marie's expression in this photo might be because of one of two things.  Either:

a) She knows that the Ruby Olive Wreath Tiara is my favorite Greek tiara, so she's going to get props from Mad Hattery tonight, or

b) She is up to some serious no good!

Unfortunately, one thing she was not up to was lending one of the Greek tiaras to this lovely lady:

I mean, Tatiana's going to be "Princess Nikolaos of Greece and Denmark" in a few months -- couldn't she have had a tiara trial run for the wedding?  This dress is spectacular, and it's just screaming for a nice little delicate tiara -- maybe something in gold?  That would be unusual!

Anyway: Anne-Marie.  The tiara was a home run, the dress was just a base hit.  Here's a full-length photo...

    I LOVE this tiara so much! The sisters really did pull out all the stops yesterday. The dress is OK, not brilliant, but very regal.

    Shame they couldn't have Tatiana something, especially since Marie-Chantal wasn't there. Oh well...at least we've another wedding to look forward to!

    I really love this tiara, it's sooooo pretty. I don't know about the dress, not the best style, but I really like the colour. That royal blue is so, well, royal!

    I love this ruby parure, though I don't like her hairstyle and how she wore it this time. And Tatiana, WOW, I can't way till she becomes Princess Nicholas and we get to see some more glitter on her.

    That tiara is a stunner. I love these naturalistic designs. And the necklace is a corker too. But yes, she could have lent Tats a little something.

    It could be the lack of exposure of this piece, but I think I like this even better than the danish ruby parure!

    tatiana - my favorite of the day! glorious dress, great hair (so perfectly swept to the side) and makeup, modern complementary earrings! and what a beauty, she is!

    ella, you should give her her own link for this event. she deserves it, and we can then follow her fashions in the future more easily (tho i'm aware it would be odd to give a hat-less person a link on a mad hattery site!)
