Albert and Charlene's Reception: HRH The Duchess of Hälsingland and Gästrikland

Good lord, Madeleine sparkles so much that she barely needs a tiara!  But I'm glad she wore this one -- the Modern Fringe Tiara, one of her staple sparklers and one of my favorites on her.  It's sitting up a bit high with this hairstyle, but that's a minor quibble really.

    Just lovely. I think this is my favorite tiara on her and in general.

    Mad's got gorgeous flowing tresses, but I'd have like to see her wear it up to display this phenomenal tiara better. With the added volume of upswept hair, the base would have been nestled further into her hair. But look at the size of those diamond earrings! Have they been worn before? They're absolutely amazing.

    Don't like space between band and settings. Too much earring; they overpower here petite features. Choker is very pretty.

    Honestly she is so stunning! What could possibly have been going through that idiot's mind - what was his name? Jonah? Noah? Or should we just keep it simple and stick with Stupid?

    Perhaps a line of diamonds at the base would don the trick here...?

    Madeleine is so beautiful she can wear a tiara, choker necklace and huge earrings and you still only look at her face. However, it's a look that is risky even on a natural beauty after 30: I hope some of the other wedding guests are taking notes.

    I love this tiara and Maddie looks fantastic. Yes indeedy, the Swedish Royal Ladies know how to bring it to these events.

    Visible band!! Arrgh!! Tiara kryptonite for me. It's very pretty, this one, but it looks almost too small for her, so she's had to plonk it on top of her head. It's probably an optical illusion caused by her abundant hair, but I think some sort of swirly updo in which this can nestle is required. Otherwise, she's looking fab - new man has put a twinkle back in her eye!

    This tiara used to have diamonds covering the metal bar on the bottom, I wonder why they were removed as the tiara looked much better that way.
