Prince Albert's Wedding: HM The Queen of the Belgians

This is perhaps the drabbest color ever worn to a wedding, I'm afraid.  Also -- what happened to the front of the hat?  Did Laurent run over it again with the car?  Tsk, tsk!

    I cannot decide if I like this hat or not. There's some things I like, the size for example. And there's some things I hate, like the rutching on the front of the brim.
