It's the sapphire-and-diamond fortress from Sil tonight: the Leuchtenberg Sapphire Parure Tiara. I know you all know what I think about this, but all that aside: really, shouldn't it have been the Edward VII Ruby Tiara?

This is one of my favorite tiaras, (those sapphires!!!!) especially with good tiara hair, which Sil has. I absolutely love this whole look-the way the Order of the Elephant is perfectly set along the neckline is genius.
I read somewhere that it is not being called the Ruby Anniversary in Denmark. Maybe over at RWEK? Also, in the Royal Jewels video that Rman posted over there, Sil pretty much said she likes to impress at big events, "Queen to Queen"!
WOW!
Silv in a full set is a sight to behold isn't it. Love those sapphires... I too had noticed how she has worked the order round her neckline. This woman is the utter best in working her orders and such into her outfits isn't she.
You know, I welcome any occasion where I can see The Great Wall of Sapphires and Diamonds, so I don't mind if she didn't wear rubies for this event. And she does have a dab hand at presenting her jewels and orders; the latter looks like it's a trim around her neckline. Lovely, Silvia!
Is it just me, or is that tiara just a wee millimeter off center?
Gorgeous presentation. There has to be a secret how these ladies keep these necklaces so spread out so evenly around their necks. A little bit of sticky?
