RAF Marham: HM The Queen

HM’s looking lovely out at RAF Marham today, isn’t she?  I do love those little curtains that they pull back to reveal those plaques. :)

We’ve seen this hat recently — less than a month ago at a church service — and I liked it then, but on this occasion, it just seems so flat!  I’m such a fickle hatter these days…

    Not a classic – harks back a little bit to her 80′s and 90′s styles, but she’s always good in red, so it gets a pass.

    Eee dear, it’s not great. You’re right about red being a good colour on HM, James B, but the style is just too plain.

    She does look good in red. The hat is quite an unusual shape for her nowadays. I quite like it I think
