It's time again, my dear hatters, for post full of ...

This time, we're going for a monthly post (mostly because I keep forgetting to make a new one every week, LOL!)

Feel free to use this post to chat about any non-hat royal news that may crop up.  August is always a slow time of the royal year, but you never know what excitement we may find -- especially in the run up to the royal wedding!

One change, though: my royal boo, Carl Philip, and I are officially on a break this month following the confirmation that he's dating the snake lady (ugh), so our post for August is sponsored by none other than:

Had a great vacation, but missed you crazy hatters like you wouldn't believe!  I see you've all kept the place nice and neat for me while I was gone, but seriously -- who let CP have the hair gel, hm?  Next time he asks for it, say you can't find it!

But anyway -- how about another Non-Hat Royal Chat post for the week?  I'll be slowly catching up this week on what I've missed -- and gearing up for one of our first wedding flashback posts ahead of next month's Greek royal wedding!  It's so good to be back!

I'm starting this week's

post a day early, because I'm headed out on vacation this week.  (Hooray!)

I'll be gone from July 10-17, and I likely won't have access to the internet for the majority of my vacation (but that's what vacations are supposed to be about, right?).  So probably no new hat posts this week -- but if you see a chapeau that I should add when I get back, feel free to send me a link at ellakayblogs@gmail.com, just like usual.  I'll miss you all dearly -- but even the maddest of hatters needs to work on her tan once in a while!

As per usual, while I'm gone, feel free to use this post to talk about royal news sans chapeaux.  (Just remember — Mad Hattery is fun because we keep it that way!  So, let’s stay light-hearted here, too!)  But remember, because I may have limited access to the internet while I'm gone, I may be unable to approve comments from new posters in a timely manner.  (But I will approve them when I get back.)
