At least one of the Yorkies brought a mad hat to this year's Christmas service.  This truly isn't as mad as it could be -- it's more retro than bad, really -- but the hot pink cabbage flower does sort of push it over the edge, doesn't it?

I can't decide WHY I like this hat.  I shouldn't.  It's a weird saucer/fez combo with random feathers and a chocolate swirl cone motif.  But I do.  Am I nuts?  Am I?

Someone got the curling iron out this morning!  I love this whole look on Eugenie, satellite-dish saucer and all.  I don't even mind the cabbage flower:

Not sure if the hat has claws or wings, but it's so much better than yesterday either way!  And look -- a flattering outfit!  Shape!  Proportions!  Way to go, Eug!

No Yorkie double act at Trooping this year -- we've got Eugenie going solo today.  But I just know her mother had something to do with that Fergilicious bow stuck to her daughter's forehead.  Shudder.
