Trooping the Colour 2011: Miss Flora Ogilvy

How's this for a rarely-seen hatter, everbody?  I'm about 99% sure that the lovely young lady on the right is Flora Ogilvy, daughter of James and Julia, and granddaughter of Princess Alexandra.  That's a truly rare Kent family sighting -- and a hattery debut to boot!

And her hat is gorgeous -- love the pale color with her curly hair and the flowy dress.  Beautiful!
