Love this bright pink on Carolina at the big German wedding -- and I even like the fireworks fascinator explosion! This really works for me with her blond hair. Also, how dapper does her big brother Jaime look here? Adorable. All of Queen Juliana's grandsons look a little like they could be science professors, don't they? ![]()

I honestly can't decide what I think of this one. Carolina looks gorgeous on the whole, but this fascinator is just interesting. Goodness, maybe I like it? I think I might? At the very least, the silvery color is great...

Carlos Hugo's funeral also gives us the chance to meet his children with Princess Irene. This is Princess Maria Carolina of Bourbon-Parma, Marchioness of Sala, the youngest of Irene and Carlos Hugo's four children. Carolina was only six when her parents divorced; she grew up in The Netherlands with her mother's family, and now she works for the United Nations.
Love how she's positioned the veil with her hair here -- very lovely.
